Getting your card, the next step

After your call, your Simply Healthcare Provider will submit your eligibility to the State of Minnesota Cannabis Registry so that you can apply for your card.
You will receive a link from the Office of Medical Cannabis Registry. This is where you will apply for your card. Enrollment in the Minnesota Medical Cannabis Registry is free.
MDH typically processes enrollment within 1 to 5 days.
Your card will be valid for one year.
