A member of our care team will call you shortly before your scheduled appointment to clarify information and send you a link to your video call. “PIVOT TELECERT” will appear on your caller ID. Please answer our call to avoid a delay in service.
Your Simply healthcare provider will join your call promptly at the time you scheduled. Please make sure you are logged into the call at least three minutes before the scheduled time. We value your time and promise to make this process quick and simple! .
You are not required to register online if you are certifying for yourself. Your Simply healthcare professional will provide you with a digital certificate and you’ll be able to make dispensary purchases immediately. Please let your provider know if you are a parent or legal guardian receiving a written certification on behalf of a minor or vulnerable adult.
