  • Your Simply Healthcare Provider will submit the certification to Missouri DOH, division of cannabis regulation electronically so that you can apply for your card
  • You will have 30 days to apply for your card at https://mo-public.mycomplia.com/login The state application fee is 27.76 plus tax, payable directly to Missouri DOH. It may take the state up to 30 days to approve your application, but you can log in to check the status any time.
  • Call our care team if we can help you navigate the application process online. Your Simply Healthcare Provider is available for follow up calls any time after your first appointment. Please call with any questions or to discuss effective dosage or a possible recommendation for increased limits. There is no charge for your first follow up call. (recertifications don’t qualify as follow ups)
