To make this process simple, accessible, and stress-free, we provide personalized, concierge-level service. Our licensed and certified medical providers offer secure video evaluations for patients needing an initial or renewal medical cannabis card.
Appointments may take place from the patient’s home or care facility, with family members or caregivers included as needed. Our team remains on the call to assist with state registration and ensure quick and seamless enrollment. Providers remain available for follow-up questions after certification.

- $75 – Returning guests / Recertifications
- (Dicsounts and offers may apply)
State program fees are paid separately upon registration. Some states waive fees and/or fast-track applications for hospice patients.
