Getting your card, the next step
- Schedule your call online.
- After your call, your Simply Healthcare Provider will submit your eligibility to the State of New York Medical Cannabis Program and you will receive your certificate.
- Once you receive your certificate, just bring the certification with your registry ID number on it and a government issued ID to any medical dispensary in NYS to purchase product.
- NYS no longer issues permanent registry ID cards. Your registry ID number and government issued photo ID is all you need to make a purchase at a dispensary.
- Your registry card is now good for two years before renewal is needed.
