Your Simply healthcare provider will call you promptly at the time you scheduled so that you may discuss your ongoing need for legal access to medical cannabis. We value your time and promise to make this process quick and simple! .
Getting your card,the next step
- Your Simply Healthcare Provider will issue a written certificate via the online portal so that you can apply for your renewal.
- You will have 60 days to apply for your card at the patient and caregiver portal. The state application fee is $100.
- You will have access to a digital card within 30 days of application.
